Diagrid Team Member Amy Mathis and her husband are making life better by volunteering for Towne Twin Village; a community serving those who are experiencing chronic homelessness on the streets of San Antonio, Texas. This Village provides permanent homes for approximately 200 people with a combination of tiny homes, apartments and RV’s. Towne Twin Village has a holistic approach, suppling residents with intensive support services such as: counseling, medical care, dental and mental health clinics, meals and food pantry groceries, barber and nail grooming, community garden, dog park, and a recreation space. Homelessness is a major challenge for almost every major city in the United States. There is a change that you can spark to make a meaningful impact for others, today.
